“A taste of Mexican culture and its natural goodness is what we do. Made of the finest locally sourced ingredients, slow-cooked to perfection and infused with freshly picked herbs. Where’d it start you ask? My Story goes like this: growing up in a rich cooking environment the spark was lit and the flame continued.

Been known to have ‘chicken feet’ and my admiration for authentic food, needless to say as soon as the opportunity came to travel abroad...it was grabbed like a tightly wrapped Burrito.

Working on board 5* cruise liners and bulk ships, sailing the seas for (90) days on end, the galley was my abode. Venturing out on port days and embracing the aromas of local eateries and food markets was my sanity. Cooking with locals that you’ve only just met is both exciting and soul searching, an adventure that I own and cherish. Fortunate to experience diverse cultures in Asia, Europe, Latin America, North Africa – 2012 South Africa was my last stop.

My journey is one I would not have any other way, and one that will continue.”
